What we collect, and what we do not.
HIPAA applies to health plans and providers, which we are not; we still handle your medication names and email to the same careful standard: encrypted, minimized, never sold.

What we collect
The medication name you type, the manufacturer if you give it, and an email if you choose to leave one. Later, if you buy a check, we will also hold payment status through Stripe. We do not collect your name on this form, your age, or a mailing address.
Why
To research your request, write to the manufacturer, and send one email when an answer is ready. We do not use this for marketing.
Sensitive information
A medication name plus an email is health-adjacent, and this service is religion-adjacent. We treat that as sensitive. By submitting a request you ask us to process that information in order to answer you.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site. A transactional email provider sends the one notify email. Stripe will process payments later. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
If you leave an email only so we can notify you, we use it for that notification and then remove it from our records in the normal course. We keep an address longer only when you pay for a watch, and then only for the life of that watch.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold. Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over encrypted connections. We store as little as we can. Notify emails do not put a drug name in the subject line. A database copy alone should not show which person asked about which medication.
If something goes wrong
If information that could identify you together with a medication name is reached by someone who should not have it, we will notify the people affected.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
